As real life play slowly comes back, we've decided to support some real life card-play with our own FO Tournament Kit.

3 brilliant cards are included in this kit!

Hopefully this will help gather small and big metas to fight for some FO glory with real cards.

How to host a Friendly Open Offline tournament?

 

1. Tournaments starts from today, Dec 8th,2023.
2. To get the kit, tag an Organizer on Discord and we will send you the kit files for print.
3. Gather your friends and play some rounds of the only game that matters.
4. Send the tournament winner to the Organizer on the FO Discord Server.
5. You are free to hold as many tournaments as you want, but remember to send in the winner of each and every one of them.
6. Tournaments held by FO is always for everyone, so please do an open invite so people in your area that are interested in joining can come.
7. Create a tournament on JP with the title name "Friendly Open Offline - Your City". Example here.

 

The Grand Finale between Offline Winners

Starting in the first week of March 2024, the tournament winners will be paired randomly in a top cut online format with 1 game to play and 1 week to play it until we have a Grand Winner.
 

 

FAQ

How many players is needed to participate in the tournament?

Friendly Open will always be for everyone at any skill level which means any numbers of players, but you will probably find it difficult to play a tournament with less than 4 players.

 

Is it possible to get more than 1 top cut spot from the same tournament?

If your tournament has 16 players or more, yes, the 1st and 2nd place will earn a spot.

 

How many top cut spots will it be in total?

8 or 16 depending on how many tournaments being held.

 

What is the format?

Before March, you can play any format for your FO Offline tournaments.

In the top cut, the Standard format (version in effect) will apply.
